Design Partner Program

We're working with security teams to refine KTLYST before general availability. If your team produces security learning that doesn't persist, we want to work with you.

How It Works

The Design Partner Program is a structured 60-90 day engagement where we deploy KTLYST alongside your existing security stack and iterate based on your team's real workflows.

Deploy

KTLYST connects to your existing tools. No new consoles, no infrastructure changes. Outputs land in Splunk, Sentinel, Elastic, ServiceNow, and more.

Iterate

Weekly syncs with your team. We adapt the system to your workflows, your threat landscape, and your stack. Your feedback directly shapes the product.

Validate

Measure real outcomes: translation time, coverage gaps closed, knowledge retention across team changes. Quantified value, not promises.

The Exchange

What You Get

  • Early access to KTLYST's governed translation engine
  • Direct support from the founding team (combined 30+ years in security)
  • Rapid iteration based on your specific feedback
  • Input on product roadmap and feature prioritization
  • Special pricing and terms for early adoption
  • Priority access to new artifact types as they ship
  • Co-marketing opportunities (case studies, joint content)

What We Ask

  • Weekly 30-minute sync with your designated team lead
  • Access to sample intel inputs (advisories, reports, findings)
  • Structured feedback on output quality and relevance
  • Willingness to test outputs in your actual detection stack
  • Honest assessment of where KTLYST falls short
  • 60-90 day commitment to the evaluation

Engagement Timeline

PHASE 1

Discovery & Setup

Weeks 1-2

Map your security stack, identify initial workflows, configure KTLYST outputs for your platforms. Define success criteria together.

PHASE 2

Active Translation

Weeks 3-8

Run real intel through KTLYST. Weekly feedback cycles. Tune extraction, governance rules, and output formats to your team's needs.

PHASE 3

Measurement & Decision

Weeks 9-12

Quantify outcomes. Compare before/after metrics. Decide on continued engagement, expanded deployment, or production commitment.

Ideal Partner Profile

We're looking for security teams that recognize the learning decay problem and want to solve it systematically.

Tired of rebuilding knowledge after every team change or CISO transition

Security teams producing intel, findings, or postmortems that don't persist across tools

Running Splunk, Sentinel, Elastic, Snowflake, or similar detection platforms

Security effectiveness that resets instead of compounds

At least one dedicated threat intel, detection, or IR function

Willingness to provide honest, structured feedback

Industries of interest: Financial services, healthcare, critical infrastructure, government, and any regulated industry where demonstrable security improvement is a compliance requirement.

Data Handling

Your security data stays yours. Period.

No training: Your data is never used to train models or improve KTLYST for other customers

Encryption: TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest. Industry standard.

Deployment options: On-premises or your cloud environment. No data leaves your infrastructure unless you choose to.

Compliance: SOC 2 compliance in progress. Full audit trail of every operation.

Common Questions

What's the time commitment for my team?

One 30-minute weekly sync, plus 1-2 hours per week of async feedback (reviewing outputs, testing in your stack). We do the heavy lifting.

Do we need to change our existing tools?

No. KTLYST outputs land in your existing tools: Splunk SPL, Sentinel KQL, Elastic, Snowflake SQL, ServiceNow, Jira. No new console to learn. No infrastructure changes.

What if it doesn't work for us?

That's valuable too. Design partnerships are about learning what works and what doesn't. There's no long-term commitment. If KTLYST doesn't fit your workflow, we part ways with honest feedback that makes the product better.

What does "special pricing" mean?

Design partners receive preferential pricing on production deployments that reflects their early commitment and feedback contribution. Specifics are discussed during the engagement.

How many design partners are you taking?

We're working with 3-5 design partners concurrently to ensure each gets meaningful attention from the founding team. Slots are limited.
